Delivery Timer is installed but not showing?

If you have installed Delivery Timer but can’t get it to show on your store, there are 3 reasons this is the case:

  • The App settings are resulting in it not showing
  • You are using a custom or heavily modified theme/page builder
  • It is conflicting with another app (very rare)

We first suggest you input settings in the timer that would get it to show. On a fresh install, enable all checkboxes relating to days under the “Countdown” tab and “Delivery Dates” tab. Set a cutoff time to 11.59pm, check your time zone is configured correctly and make sure the “show timer past cutoff” is enabled. Finally, check the display settings for font colour on your store.

If you do this and the timer is visible, simply work through the settings so its correct to how your store operates.
