By default on new installations, Movo is disabled.
This is done because live stores may wish to get offers setup first and set up the app before enabling it.
Once Movo is enabled, it should be visible in your store. If it isn’t, the following could be the cause
- Movo is installed and enabled but no offers are created. Create an offer in Movo
- Movo is installed, enabled and offers are live. Add the following script to your store.
- All of the above has been checked but its still not showing. It is likely there is a conflict, please get in touch so we can assist you.
