To back up the store’s theme, download it from your Shopify admin. The CSV files can be used to export the following information about the store:

- Discount codes
- Financial data
Keep in mind that when you purchase a Shopify theme from the Store, it’s only licensed for the store you initially got it for. To transfer this license to another store, you’ll have to get in touch with Shopify Support.
You can get the CSV files from your store using two ways:
- Go to Products and then to Customers in your Shopify Admin page. Import the files accordingly
- You can also use the Store Importer app. It helps you import CSV files for inventory data, customers, and products
Once you’re ready to open your store again, you can get the information from the relevant CSV files.
